Everyone deserves a coach

Fernando Dyson, Principal

"I have had the privilege of working with Mrs. Henderson Harlan as my principal coach, and her influence has been nothing short of transformative. Even with over two decades of experience under my belt, her insights and expertise have enriched my understanding in multiple dimensions. Mrs. Henderson Harlan provided invaluable guidance in creating a robust support plan for my school, challenging me to approach issues from fresh angles – be it staffing matters, navigating team conflicts, or even personal work-life balance. Her knack for presenting alternative perspectives, many of which diverged from my own, was enlightening and fostered immense growth. As a specialized Human Capital Partner, Mrs. Henderson Harlan’s contributions extended far beyond conventional coaching; she became a steadfast supporter and an unofficial mentor. To say that she has been instrumental to my professional evolution would be an understatement. I am profoundly grateful for the expertise and mentorship she offered."
