CHANGING SYSTEMS WHILE HONORING THE PEOPLE IN THEM, TO IMPROVE LITERACY OUTCOMES AND COACHING IMPACT.

At Linda Rhyne Consulting, we leverage your system's story to develop literacy and coaching solutions designed to make sense for you.

ARE YOU LISTENING TO YOUR SYSTEM'S STORY?

Systems have four broad categories shaping their story: people, processes, products, and culture.  Too often, we focus on new processes or products for improvement solutions.  But ignoring the people in our systems and how our culture influences those processes and product implementation, we will struggle to realize success.

Trusted By Our Clients

With objective and caring support, I develop and implement literacy and coaching systems that work using active listening and auditing to identify the existing strengths and opportunities within literacy and coaching systems. My clients walk away with a clear understanding of their current systems, accompanied by recommendations and considerations for meaningful progress, ensuring the systematic implementation of literacy and coaching processes. In tandem with schools and districts, I work with educators to successfully impact students' outcomes.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Workshop Participant

Linda was a GREAT facilitator of this work!

She made a complex science easy to understand.

District Coach

The work we have done has built my confidence and taught me, through modeling and discussion, what good coaching should look like which is WAY MORE than I could have gotten out of any book.

Head of School

Wonderful experience! Linda was attentive, listened to our needs, said the hard things in a way that we could begin to take them in and figure out a way forward. This is just the beginning.

District Leader

Linda's responsiveness is exceptional. She is open to answering questions and providing support beyond professional learning sessions. Our teachers and coaches feel well-supported as she customizes workshops based on their feedback.

District Leader

Linda went above and beyond expectations by forming significant relationships with our Instructional Coaching Team. The all looked forward to collaborating with Linda and grew in their professional learning as a result.

District Leader

We so appreciate our partnership with you.  It has made a world of difference for our students already.

We are having a fantastic year due to the path you began to chart for us.  Your work was premier.
